Summary: It was very convenient to go back and forth to the University. Well stocked with kitchen utensils and bedding. We would have liked more instructions to heaters . It turned cold while we were there. Also a second key so you could take one and leave one in the outside key box. We would stay again and the owner was available to talk too.

Summary: We loved our weekend away to attend our son’s graduation from Alfred State! The property was so inviting and had everything we needed for our family and grandparents to enjoy this milestone for our son. The location was very convenient being so close to the college. There was plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and relax. The big deck with the hot tub was a nice spot to hang out and have a cup of coffee or soak in the beauty of the outdoors. The owners very easy to contact and we had no issues at all during our stay. We hope to come again as we have our third son attending Alfred in the fall! Lovely home away from home!

Summary: Christa, the home owner, will provide you 5 star customer service. We had a couple of questions and she was immediately responding with answers. She has also made her house a beautiful, comfortable home. From the cozy couches, comfortable bed and the open floor plan, we felt right at home. In fact, your kids and pet will have plenty of room to run and play in the backyard. I highly recommend if you’re coming to NY, and need some R and R, STOP surfing the web and just book it. You won’t be disappointed.
